HabiX is operated by Eyal Abraham, Eliyahu Babila 2, Mazkeret Batya, Israel 7680400. By creating an account or using the service you confirm that you have read and agreed to these terms and the privacy policy.

You must be legally able to agree to these terms and to the processing of your information where you live, provide accurate information, and keep your sign-in details confidential. Do not create an account in someone else’s name, bypass eligibility limits, or transfer an account.

HabiX provides information, planning, and tracking tools. It is not a medical, diagnostic, treatment, or professional-advice service. AI recommendations can be wrong or unsuitable. Verify important information, stop activity if you feel pain or unusual symptoms, and consult a doctor or qualified professional before a material change — especially during pregnancy, injury, illness, an eating disorder, medication use, or an existing medical condition. In an emergency, contact emergency services.

Nutrition values produced from photos or descriptions are automated approximations. Portion size, preparation method, and ingredients that are hidden or not visible—such as oil, sauces, sugar, butter, milk, or fillings—may not be identified accurately. Review and correct the foods, portions, and additions before using them in your nutrition log.

• The monthly product is com.habix.app.monthly and the yearly product is com.habix.app.yearly.
• The binding price and currency are those shown by the store on your device at confirmation.
• An eligible user may receive a one-time 14-day free trial according to the subscription group and store-account rules.
• When the trial ends, the subscription renews automatically at the displayed price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends.
• Billing, cancellation, and refunds are handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play under the store’s policies.

A user may receive up to 14 extra access days once after another eligible person signs up with their referral code and completes the conditions shown in the service. Do not create fake accounts, mislead others, or trade codes. A benefit obtained by fraud may be revoked.

Do not harm the service, reverse engineer it, access it automatically without permission, bypass controls, upload illegal or abusive content, impersonate others, infringe rights, or use the service to endanger anyone. Community use is also subject to the Community Guidelines.

HabiX and its content, design, and software are protected. You keep your rights in content you upload and grant us a limited license to process it only to operate the service. You are responsible for having the right to upload that content.

We may change or discontinue a feature, perform maintenance, and restrict an account that endangers the service or violates these terms. You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. Deleting an account does not automatically cancel a store subscription; cancel it in the store settings.

The service is provided as is, subject to consumer rights that cannot be waived. To the fullest extent permitted by law, there is no promise of a health outcome or error-free AI content. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without reducing mandatory consumer protections or jurisdiction rights you have where you live.
