Delete from the app
- Open HabiX and sign in.
- Open the menu and choose Privacy & security.
- Choose Delete account and read the explanation.
- Confirm the permanent deletion twice.
- Save the confirmation number shown at the end.
If you cannot access the account
Email habixisrael@gmail.com from the same address used to register. We will ask only for the minimum information needed to verify ownership before deletion.
What is deleted
Account and profile details, workout and nutrition plans and logs, body metrics, photos, AI chats, progress data, preferences, referrals, and social data tied to the account are deleted from HabiX systems. Access is revoked and the account cannot be restored.
Information that may be kept
We keep only limited records that the law requires for billing, tax, fraud prevention, or security, and only for the required period. Technical billing events are detached from personal information where possible. Rotating backups are deleted in the ordinary backup cycle and are not used for live operation.
Important: cancel the subscription
Deleting a HabiX account does not cancel a subscription managed by Apple or Google. Cancel the subscription separately in the store settings to prevent a future renewal.
