Privacy and authenticity
Do not impersonate others, publish someone’s personal information without permission, upload a photo you are not allowed to share, spam, or manipulate shared plans, clans, or referrals.
Health information
Do not present medical advice as diagnosis or treatment, and do not encourage unsafe supplement use, medication misuse, starvation, dehydration, or extreme training. Personal experience is not a substitute for a professional.
Reporting, blocking, and enforcement
You can report and block users from inside the app. We review reports according to context and severity. We may remove content, limit a feature, suspend or close an account, and keep a limited enforcement record. For immediate danger contact emergency services.
